Inability to connect with a customer who was not inquiring about an account but a product. I still don’t have a clue about the product additions needed because of JAM A. Because of this issue, I will not be ordering from Houzz again as their customer service needs to exceed their prices and the customer expectations. The frustration is that the lady, JAM A would not allow me to speak to a supervisor or would she talk about the product until she got my last 4 of my credit card. I didn’t ask to access an account and truthfully I don’t know if I made one. No problem, I called them to try to get more about the product and order, the customer service representative stated I needed to provide my last 4 of my credit card number to access my account. I called house today as I was informed that my vanity didn’t come with a side or backsplash. ![]()
